AUTHORITY AND PERMIT
The event will be conducted under the provisions of:
- The 2026 International Sporting Code (ISC) of the Federation Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA)
- The 2026 National Competition Rules (NCRs) of the Motorsport Australia (MA)
- The 2026 General Regulations of Motorsport Australia
- The 2026 General Requirements of Motorsport Australia
- The 2026 Race General Regulations of Motorsport Australia
- The 2026 Off Road Regulations of Motorsport Australia
- The Safety Policies of Motorsport Australia
- The WA Off Road Sporting Regulations of Motorsport Australia
- These Supplementary Regulations.
- Any further regulations, instructions or bulletins that may be issued by the Organisers.
- Certain public, property, professional indemnity and personal accident insurance is provided by Motorsport Australia in relation to the event. Further details can be found in the Motorsport Australia Insurance Handbook, available at www.motorsport.org.au
- This Event will be conducted under and in accordance with MOTORSPORT AUSTRALIA OH&S, MOTORSPORT AUSTRALIA Safety 1st and Risk Management Policies, which can be found on the Motorsport Australia website at www.motorsport.org.au.
ENTRY DETAILS
Entries open 9am, Wednesday, 1st July 2026
Entries close 5pm, Monday 20th July 2026
Entry Forms must be completed in full on the Online Entry.
3 Service Crew are included in the entry, additional service crew are charged at $15.00.
The event is open to off road vehicles in Classes as per section 4.2(I) of the Off Road Standing Regulations. Minimum license requirements for this event are: MA NO, NON, NOJ, NONSE or higher license for all competitors. MA log books are required for all competing vehicles. All current licenses, club membership cards and vehicle logbooks MUST be presented to the event secretary for verification prior to scrutiny.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse an entry in accordance with the provisions of NCR 83.
Entries withdrawn by written advice to the Event Secretary before Friday, 7th August 2026 will receive a refund of the entry fee, less an administration fee of $80 per entry. No refunds will be granted for entries withdrawn after this date.

WAORC SIGNAGE
Sporting Regulations (Article 9(ii) A space 140mm high x 500mm wide immediately under the crew’s side ‘window’ opening is reserved for organiser and WAORC sponsorship signage on each side of the vehicle. A vehicle which does not comply Article9 (ii) of the WA Off Road Sporting Regulations will not be allowed to start.
As per Article 9 (vi) of the WA Off Road Sporting Regulations a competitor may, upon payment of the specified sum, enter without WAORC sponsorship signage.

SCRUTINY
TIMES AND VENUES
Scrutiny will be conducted between the hours of 1pm and 4.00 pm Thursday 13th August 2026
Competitors are reminded that the consumption of alcohol is prohibited during scrutiny.
Crews must present all race apparel at scrutiny for examination. Both driver and navigator must be present for scrutiny. Vehicles must be capable of being driven in and out of the scrutiny area.
DOCUMENTATION
Documentation will be conducted between the hours of 1pm and 4.00pm Thursday 13th August 2026 at Festival Grounds, Carnarvon.
The following documentation will be checked prior to scrutiny: Motorsport Australia Off Road Competition Licenses, Civil valid driving licenses, Motorsport Australia vehicle log books, current Motorsport Australia affiliated club membership cards, Competitors Licenses (if driver not bone-fide legal owner of vehicle.
STREET DISPLAY
Thursday 13th August 2026 from 3.00 – 6 pm. While entering your vehicle in the display is NOT compulsory - The display is an important community engagement undertaking.

COMPETITOR BRIEFING
Attendance at briefings by all crew members is compulsory, and each crew member will be required to sign the attendance sheet. Failure to attend a briefing, or to sign the attendance sheets, will result in the competitor being charged and possibly excluded from the event.
